Created by Executive Chef Vivek Singh and his talented team, the spectacular four-course fine-dining feast will showcase some of the Club’s most celebrated dishes inspired by the vibrant Easter celebrations of Goa, Maharashtra, Kerala and Mangalore.
Leave the stress of cooking behind and take a seat amongst the book-lined shelves of the Old Westminster Library as you prepare to embark upon a culinary journey. Priced at £60 per person*, begin with a seasonal spring cocktail before indulging in a four-course menu that will redefine your Easter traditions.
Begin with starters of okra filled with peanut and jaggery; or tandoori salmon with dill and mustard, before main courses such as botal masala spiced free range chicken breast; or spinach malai kofta with stir-fried morels and tomato fenugreek sauce. To finish, choose from a selection of innovative desserts including a dark chocolate Easter bomb with mango and passion fruit shrikhand; or the Malabar style Simnel cake with cinnamon ice cream – the perfect end to your Sunday celebrations.
