Created by Executive Chef Robert Manea and his talented team, the three-course brunch menu celebrates seasonal spring produce. Toast to mum with a glass of fizz and indulge in gastronomical dishes of venison tartare, croissant pudding and Avruga caviar beurre blanc; Yorkshire rhubarb, tomato marmalade and ricotta Pugliese; and cod with fresh pea, wild garlic and pea velouté; before finishing with a stunning dessert, the Bokan Rocher – a hazelnut crémeux with crunchy praline, chocolate hazelnut glaze and stracciatella ice cream.

Bōkan’s Mother’s Day brunch is available exclusively on Sunday 19th March at £69pp for three courses, with bookings available between 12:30pm and 3pm (last orders). To make your celebrations extra special, add free-flowing prosecco for 90 minutes for an additional £25pp.
