Searcys Launches Its First London Dry Gin

One of the UK’s oldest restaurateur and event caterers, Searcys, announces the release of its first London Dry Gin, joining the company’s portfolio of own label Champagnes and English Sparkling wine.
Created in partnership with award-winning British distillery, Hawkridge Distillers, and inspired by Searcys Victorian heritage, the bespoke gin has been distilled using a three-part method, which includes traditional distillation, vapour infusion and the addition of a Victorian-inspired botanical tea. The spirit is then smoothed off with honey from Searcys’ own beehives.
Crafted from botanicals sourced in the Royal Berkshire countryside, the gin includes a blend of rosemary, lavender, blackcurrant leaves and lemon verbena, delicately balanced with juniper and citrus for a complex, well-balanced flavour with a lasting floral hint.
