Coronation Dishes for the King across Searcys
Alongside its roster of events, Searcys will also be serving up limited-edition Coronation dishes across its venues, created by its team of Searcys leading chefs including its development chef Richard Oxley, Mark Constable from The HAC and Nick Seckington from The View at the RCS. Inspired by dishes from Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, for which Searcys catered for many parties at the time, the Coronation menu will feature delights including a Gloucester old spot pork pie with Kings’ ketchup, inspired by the old tradition in Gloucester to send a pie to the reigning monarch every Christmas, and the Coronation trifle, created using Searcys new signature gin, seasonal poached Lincolnshire rhubarb and, as a tribute to the new King, an edible postage stamp on top. Available across the Coronation week across all Searcys venues, including The Gherkin and St Pancras Brasserie (from £49 per person for two courses).
Make it special, with Searcys.
