Chelsea Flower Show is set to bloom once more and in celebration dining hotspot, The Franklin Restaurant by Alfredo Russo, will be offering a spectacular set menu, named Flowers’ Triumph. Available from 24th May – 11th June, and created by Chef Russo, this six-course menu will see all your floral fantasies come true and is a must for elevating your Chelsea Flower Show experience.
Priced at £55, an amuse bouche of foie gras pâté served with apple jam and blossom is followed by a delicate and slow cooked lemon sole with asparagus. A middle course of sautéed borage flower and fresh ricotta ravioli in an indulgent butter and rosemary sauce is next before a main of roast black cod with cauliflower and grain mustard salad. Finish on a sweet note with fior di latte ice cream with liquorice and violet, and rose parfait served with almond cream and rose.
