New ‘Box & Detox’ Retreat Launches at The Club Hotel & Spa, Jersey

Having recently opened just a minute away from The Club Hotel & Spa, guests will begin their stay by releasing inner stress and tension as they practice their punches at BoxInBusiness – a non-contact studio passionate about keeping guests fit and healthy whilst teaching the tricks of the boxing trade. The ‘Box & Detox’ package includes a personal boxing session for two, where fitness fanatics can master their jabs and uppercuts with one of the gym’s highly skilled trainers. Following the workout, guests are invited to refuel with a refreshing protein shake at BoxInBusiness to ensure optimum muscle recovery.
During the stay, why not make the most of BoxInBusiness’ standout facilities and book onto an additional gym class? Whether you’d like to roll with the punches and stick with boxing, raise your heart rate with circuits or unwind with a yoga session, there’s something to suit all preferences and abilities.
If you’re looking to level up your indulgence, book a table for dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Bohemia,* the island’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, led by Head Chef Callum Graham. Tuck into Chef Callum’s spectacular culinary creations made using the finest local produce, before you enjoy a blissful (and well deserved) night’s sleep in one of hotel’s stylish, boutique-style bedrooms.
After a hearty breakfast at the Club Café the next morning, day two is all about relaxation. Unwind in the tranquil surroundings of The Club Spa, where each guest will be offered a De-Stress Muscle Massage to soothe fatigued muscles and aid recovery. While away the afternoon in the spa and make use of the world-class facilities including a thermal suite, a relaxation sanctuary, a large outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool.
A light and healthy lunch will also be on offer at The Club Bar, where bistro style food is served in a relaxed setting. Choose from options such as roasted butternut and rocket salad with pumpkin seeds and feta; Thai fish cakes with ponzu, sesame seed and Asian salad; and local seabream with crushed Jersey Royals, asparagus and salsa verde.
The ‘Box & Detox’ package at The Club Hotel & Spa is priced at £679 in low season and £889 in high season, based on two adults sharing.
