Introducing The ‘Symple Frenchie’ Burger In Collaboration With Neil Rankin For World Vegan Month
18 Oct 2022
Just in time for World Vegan Month this November, Haché, the home of London’s best burgers, has launched a new vegan number in collaboration with chef and Symplicity Foods founder, Neil Rankin. The Symple Frenchie (£14) will be available for dine-in and delivery from 24th October – 30th November 2022.
Taking a cue from Haché’s French roots, Neil Rankin’s meat-free Symple Frenchie is inspired by the classic combination of ‘steak, béarnaise and chips,’ with his signature Symplicity burger patty providing a satisfying punch that will impress both meat and non-meat eaters alike. The Symplicity patty is paired with caramelised and crispy onions, pea shoots and Haché’s Rosemary Sea Salt Fries and finished off with plenty of French mustard, homemade Bloody Marie ketchup and a vegan tarragon béarnaise sauce. A true treat for burger connoisseurs, the Symple Frenchie is served in a Sally Clarke vegan seeded brioche bun for a final French flourish!
Founded by Neil Rankin and making serious waves in the plant-based market, Symplicity believes in flavour first and zero-waste. Using the entirety of ingredients, vegetables such as tomatoes, beetroots, mushrooms and onions are fermented to give all Symplicity patties, including the Symple Frenchie, an umami-packing and lip-smacking flavour.
What’s more, the Symple Frenchie collaboration is just the beginning of a long-term partnership with Neil Rankin and Symplicity; Haché is excited to announce that Symplicity’s game-changing patties will now feature across its entire much-lauded plant-based burger range.
