Hattingley Valley Launches Still Rosé 2021 – Perfect For Endless Summer Days
26 May 2022
Launching just in time for summer, Hattingley Valley, the award-winning family-owned Hampshire winery, has announced the release of STILL Rosé 2021, to its boutique STILL by Hattingley collection, created by Head Winemaker Emma Rice.
STILL Rosé 2021 (RRP £102 for case of six)
Made from a blend of the finest Pinot Precoce, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this rosé has been pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks, lightly filtered and put straight to bottle in order to retain its vibrant fruit characters.
Delicate and elegant yet full of flavour on the nose the STILL Rosé 2021 provides bright and vibrant notes of pomegranate, raspberries and strawberries, contrasted with a subtle savoury hint of freshly cut hay. On the palate, this wonderful wine provides a lovely light texture which lingers in the mouth with every sip.
Due to late spring frosts and a reduced harvest of grapes in 2021, only a limited volume of STILL Rosé 2021 is available, making this production and purchase extra special.
To stock up for summer, don’t delay and order the STILL Rosé 2021 today.
