Ganymede’s Sell Out Supplier Supper Club Series is Back

Elevated and refined yet warm and welcoming, Belgravia’s favourite neighbourhood bar and dining room Ganymede has announced the latest line up of its sell out Supplier Supper Club series. Taking place monthly, each supper sees Owner Chef Director Oliver Marlowe create a unique three course menu of seasonal fare, paired with truly tempting tipples from one of Ganymede’s top-tier suppliers, all for an incredibly affordable £50 per person.

Taking place on Thursday 23rd February, join Double Dutch, the go-to provider of premium mixers created by the incredible twin team that is Raissa and Joyce De Haas. Famed for unexpected flavour combinations, from Pomegranate & Basil to Cucumber & Watermelon, join Raissa and Joyce for an unforgettable evening where you’ll embark on a guided tasting of three perfect pours, paired beautifully with delicious dishes from Chef Oliver. Whilst the menu changes monthly dependent on the best seasonal ingredients, you can expect choices such as burrata with sauce vierge, basil pesto, chervil aioli and pine nuts; tuna sashimi with whipped avocado, pickled ginger and truffled ponzu dressing; and homemade tagliatelle with Tuscan pork and fennel ragu, parmesan and chives.

Next in the series on Thursday 16th March, and set to be an evening of true indulgence, join Liberty Wines and Exmoor Caviar. A must for those keen to learn more about the world of wine, a senior representative from Liberty Wines will be on hand to answer any questions and talk you through each wine’s tasting notes, whilst tucking into tasting plates embellished with the finest caviar. On Thursday 20th April, Sapling will take centre stage, a producer of sustainable vodka and gin. Glass Half Full Drinks will be on hand to talk you through the story of Sapling, and the brand’s environmentally forward practices, enjoyed alongside three tasty Sapling serves.
