Alex Webb on Park Lane
Hosted in the intimate surrounds of the new Alex Webb on Park Lane restaurant, expect a dining experience like no other from MasterChef: The Professionals 2020 winner Alex Webb. The five-course tasting menu, inspired by nostalgic flavours from Alex’s childhood and travels, starts with a raspberry and champagne cocktail and canapés on arrival. Five dishes featuring creative flavour combinations follow such as Langoustine tail, scallop & black mushroom ravioli with smoked leek purée and ash; a Rib-eye of beef with chicory and beef jus; and Black cod served with sea herbs, onion purée, pickled onions, crispy potato and champagne sauce, with optional Exmoor Caviar supplement. Finish off with the Insta-worthy piece de resistance – a showstopping Croquembouche for two with strawberry crème patisserie and poached strawberries.

Be transported to the home of romance with an Italian four-course La Festa degli Innamorati menu at Theo Randall. Taking influence from traditional Italian dishes and utilising the best of seasonal ingredients, arrive to a welcome glass of prosecco and stuzzichini before indulging in perfectly creamy Burrata with winter tomatoes, delica squash, sourdough breadcrumbs and ricotta salata; followed by Ravioli ai funghi with Parmesan cream, designed for sharing; and Stinco di vitello alla Milanese – a slow-cooked shin of veal in white wine with saffron risotto. End on a sweet note with decadent Italian desserts to share, from a classic Panna cotta with hot chocolate sauce; honey and hazelnut croquante to Theo’s signature Amalfi lemon tart with crème fraiche.
