Enjoy Easter with a Nordic Twist at Aquavit London
30 Mar 2022
Spring has sprung and the long, leisurely Easter Bank Holiday weekend is just around the corner. Offering the perfect spot to celebrate with friends and family alike is Nordic-inspired restaurant Aquavit London, nestled in St James’s Market.
Take a seat in the stunning restaurant and tuck into some tempting Easter specials, created by Head Chef Jonas Karlsson. Available from 12th – 16th April, delicately cooked poached salmon (£28) with a green herb sauce is perfect for two to share – accompanied by cold water prawns from the North Sea, traditional kavring bread and new potatoes, it’s finished with plenty of zesty lemon and dill for the ultimate springtime plate.
Easter wouldn’t be easter without lamb and at Aquavit, the leg is slow roasted with rosemary and thyme (£32) and served in a lamb jus with sauteed wild garlic, young carrots, mange tout and crispy hasselback potatoes.
Finish up the Arctic Bird’s Nest (£10) – an ‘egg’ made from creamy goat’s cheese parfait in a nest of honey tuile, finished with blueberries, raspberries, fresh flowers and brownie crumbs for extra bite.
Aquavit London – offering an eggs-cellent Nordic feast this Easter.
