Enjoy a Bloody (Mary) Good Brunch at Ganymede

The weekend has never looked so good thanks to a brand-new brunch offering at Belgravia’s favourite bar and dining room, Ganymede. Whether you’re after eggs benedict, an English breakfast or just a good ol’ Bloody Mary, you best believe Ganymede’s got it.

Boasting one of the largest Bloody Mary menus in Belgravia, the six-strong ‘Bloody Good Bloodies’ menu features spicy, salty and sharing versions of the beloved brunch tipple. Expect everything from a classic Bloody Mary to a Bloody Caesar laced with clam juice, and a tequila-based Bloody Maria. Gin-lovers can snap up the Red Snapper, whilst The Hunter’s Moon Bloody Martini is a unique take with a top secret recipe that maintains the perfect balance of minerals, alcohol and spice. For added theatricality and sharing shenanigans, The Hunter’s Moon Bloody Susan is designed for groups to share. Served on a lazy Susan, guests can create their perfect pour with a choice of clamato or tomato juice alongside a gallery of garnishes to craft the ultimate DIY beverage.

For something a little fresher, select a serve from Ganymede’s aperitif menu – think an autumnal Apple Roll Spritz or a refreshing Chilli and Cucumber Margarita. If you’re in need of some recovery after a big night out, the Berocca Bellini is a playful sip featuring everyone’s favourite fizzy vitamin pill that’ll heal that hangover in no time.

Keeping things classic, Owner Chef Director Oliver Marlowe and Head Chef Charlie Miller have created a menu to please the biggest of brunch and breakfast aficionados. Whether you like your eggs in the morning served Florentine, Benedict or Royale, Ganymede has got you covered. Dive into other delights such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough; a stack of sweet French toast with berries and lashings of maple syrup; and a filling full English breakfast built of the finest sausages, streaky bacon, roast tomatoes, and black pudding.

The Ganymede brunch menu is available to enjoy every Saturday from 10am – 4pm and every Sunday from 10pm – 12pm.
