‘Summer Garden Collection’ at The Orchid Lounge, Pan Pacific London | The City
Introducing Pan Pacific London’s new Summer Garden Collection, available in the hotel’s elegant The Orchid Lounge. Opt for Kopi Tiam, Singapore’s take on afternoon tea, and enjoy Siu Mai dumplings in a variety of flavours including prawn and salmon roe and mushroom, alongside steamed lotus and sweet potato buns. Then, indulge in delicate patisseries inspired by summertime gardens including the Lemon Drop with lemon verbena, raspberry and peach or the Basil Smash with strawberry, basil and kalamansi – alongside tea from The Rare Tea Company or a glass of English sparkling wine.

Vivek Singh’s Cinnamon Bazaar High Chai brings a modern, Indian-inspired take on the quintessential classic afternoon tea. On Sunday 13th August, the iconic Pooch Party series is back at M Canary Wharf, with an extra special Afternoon Tea designed specifically for dogs.
