Bring on the burgers as grill masters, Beefeater, debuts its first ever ‘Build Your Own Burger’ menu, as part of its new seasonal menu. Packed with a roster of flavoursome toppings, diners can fill their buns to form drool-worthy creations.
Renowned for hand-crafted burgers, all made using 100% UK and Irish beef and quality cuts of flank, chuck and short rib with a touch of bone marrow, Beefeater is giving diners pattie power to customise their burgers. Choose from a selection of patties – from signature beef or grilled chicken to 4oz rump steak – before stacking up with a range of toppings, including pulled beef barbacoa, halloumi and fried egg. Not forgetting the sauce, options include Beefeater’s very own ’74 BBQ, Pickle Relish or Hot Sauce.
If you can’t decide, opt for one of the new burger signatures including the Surf & Turf Burger, created with a signature beef patty topped with chargrilled jumbo king prawns in spicy mayo, salsa and crisp lettuce, alongside the Grilled Prawn Burger served with tomatoes and red pepper salsa, both served with coleslaw and skinny fries.
The new menu features autumnal cocktails galore, from a Signature Negroni made with Aperol, Martini Rosso and London Dry gin, to the fruity Zombie with Dead Man’s Fingers spiced rum and Captain Morgan Dark and Bacardi, mixed with pineapple and citrus flavours.
The Build Your Own Burger menu is part of the new Autumn/Winter menu created by Beefeater’s expert grill chefs. Adding theatre to the dining experience, watch the action through the open kitchens and tuck into a range of grill dishes, from much-loved pub classics to the new Steak Sampler with sirloin, fillet and rump steaks, or the Plant-based Combo with Meatless Farm ® Chicken, mushroom, onions and corn with vegan slaw and BBQ sauce.
