There’s nothing like a spot of crafting to embrace the Christmas spirit. Floral experts from Graham Giles Florist, will be on hand to teach you how to make your very own luxury Christmas wreath using beautiful winter foliage. A festive drink and mince pies will be provided upon arrival to get the creative juices flowing, before you hand-craft your wreath. Limited places are available – call today to book.
Kick off your holiday celebrations with a 3-course festive menu, available throughout December for lunch or dinner at £29.95. Choose from a host of festive dishes, from mulled wine poached pear, Stilton, candied walnut and chicory salad with a blue cheese dressing to hearty mains such as chestnut mushroom and lentil pie topped with cauliflower mash served with roast potatoes, steamed kale and maple-roasted root vegetables.
Consider the big day taken care of with a special 3-course Christmas Day menu for £75.00 per person, featuring an array of seasonal specials. Indulge in starters such as king prawn and poached lobster salad with cucumber ribbons and a lobster bisque mayo. Follow up with a classic roasted breast of turkey with chestnut and apricot stuffing, duck fat roast potatoes and a pig in blanket, served with maple-roasted root vegetables, pancetta sprouts and turkey gravy. The menu rounds off with sweet treats including dark chocolate and cherry roulade with espresso cream, cherry chocolate shard and crème anglaise.
