It is time to get together and celebrate with friends and family, as Whitbread announces the reopening plans of its 38 restaurants in Scotland, including Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Table Table and Cookhouse + Pub. Following Scottish government guidelines, reopening will begin with outdoor dining and limited indoor dining from 26th April.
Marking the reopening, Whitbread will be offering 25% off food across all restaurants, exclusive to Blue Light Card and Defence Privilege Card holders, as well as customers who sign up to the restaurant newsletter. Register today to receive an email discount, which can be shown to a member of the team upon arrival.
From Monday 26th April, the collection of 38 restaurants and pubs in Scotland will reopen their doors for alfresco dining, hosting groups up to six from three different households. To make up for those missed moments, guests will be welcomed back for their first post-lockdown drink in one of the all-weather gardens, with plenty of outside tables, space for little ones to play, and umbrella cover.
Limited indoor dining will also be open for groups of up to four guests for lunch and dinner until 8pm*. In line with government guidelines, no alcohol will be served indoors with meals. Early risers can once again dive into the heroic unlimited breakfast, where kids eat free, while lunch and dinner menus will showcase signature dishes and customer favourites. Say goodbye to lockdown roasts and instead tuck into the new Sunday Lunch menus, reimagined across the Brewers Fayre and Beefeater estate. At a lower price without compromising on quality, guests can enjoy a choice of roast meats served with seasonal vegetables and unlimited roasties, gravy and Yorkshire puddings.
From Monday 17th May**, dining restrictions for the Scottish estate of acclaimed family friendly restaurants and pubs will ease for indoor dining, allowing longer opening hours and for alcohol to be served.
In preparation for welcoming guests back, Whitbread have continued to work hard to ensure a gold standard of safety measures, installed throughout all its restaurants to help give guests reassurance and peace of mind when they visit. All sites in Scotland will follow government guidance and restrictions, including reduced opening hours and limits on table sizes.
Booking is now available across the Whitbread brands. To find out more and sign up to the restaurant newsletters, guests can visit their restaurant brand website:
