BŌKAN 37, London’s top destination restaurant for sky-high dining, invites you to indulge in plant-based perfection this Veganuary. Christmas may be over, but the celebrations needn’t be thanks to Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan’s dedicated five-course vegan tasting menu, which will run from 9th – 31st January.
Determined to plate up for the planet, Guillaume’s clean and vibrant menu will showcase seasonal plant-based produce to it’s very best. Diners can expect picture-perfect dishes such as celeriac tagliatelle salad with sesame dressing, roasted potato and white truffle; and Crapaudine beetroot with pomegranate and Scots pine. Dessert goes dairy and egg free with poached English pear, choco sauce, almond and pear sorbet.
The five course-tasting menu – perfect for vegans, Veganuary-followers and everything-eaters alike – is priced at £65 per person.
