SUNDAY BEST: CINNAMON SOHO LAUNCHES ITS TAKE ON TRADITIONAL BRUNCH
Amid the chaos of the working week, it can be hard to find time for yourself – let alone treasured time with loved ones. Which is why recently-opened Cinnamon Soho, the third modern Indian restaurant from executive chef Vivek Singh, is introducing its Anglo-Indian take on brunch from Sunday, 3rd June.
To be served from 11.30am-3.30pm just off the cobbles of Carnaby Street, laid-back Londoners can enjoy a well-deserved family brunch – all with Vivek’s signature modern Indian twist. A freshly-squeezed take on the tradition, items on the menu will include: Bombay-spiced scrambled eggs on toast; mutton and wheat porridge served with saffron pao; cumin- and coriander-crusted mushrooms on toast with fried egg; a three-egg omelette made with ham, mushrooms, tandoori chicken and green chilli; and date pancakes with ginger ice-cream.
