For one night only on Tuesday 13th November, Daniel Fletcher – Head Chef of Fenchurch Restaurant at Sky Garden, operated by rhubarb – will be joined by his fellow North-East contestants Danny Parker and David Coulson to create a six-course tasting menu of standout dishes from a certain BBC show, which celebrates 70 years of the National Health Service.
Following their recent stint on our screens, Daniel will once again be sharing the pass with Newcastle-based Danny Parker, Executive Chef at Jesmond Dene House and Dave Coulson, Chef Patron of Peace & Loaf.
The chefs have joined forces to create a unique collaborative menu, giving guests the chance to sample a taste of the North East in the heart of London. Originally created to honour the heroic staff and ‘everyday heroes’ of the NHS on its 70th anniversary, the collaborative menu will use ingredients local to the North East of England, the region in which all three of the chefs were all born and raised.
Tickets for dinner on 13th November are priced at £95 per person, with wine pairings available to purchase on the night. Guests can book to dine in one of three sittings – 6.45pm, 7.15pm or 8.00pm – via Design My Night: https://bit.ly/2E41SVK.
