Created by Chef Russo, and available exclusively from 3rd – 21st May, ‘Ode to the Asparagus’ is a six-course feast of exciting and unique Italian dishes to delight even the most discerning of asparagus aficionados.
Take a seat in the elegant art deco-style restaurant and tuck into a delicate amuse-bouche of soft egg cream served in an eggshell with wild asparagus, before a starter of marinated whisky salmon accompanied by a white asparagus salad. For your pasta course, enjoy delicate handmade tortelloni filled with violet asparagus and served with an indulgent parmesan cream, before the main of roasted quail and green asparagus. Lemon soda and beer sorbet with asparagus provides the perfect palate cleanser, before a sweet and surprising treat of white chocolate profiterole with asparagus ice cream.
