To mark the start of the new season, Indian Accent is celebrating Holi – the Indian festival of colour – with special and vibrant dishes that look as good as they taste. See in spring in style with beetroot chop with peanut butter and goat cheese raita (£12), and ‘aamras’ with mango, cardamom cheese cake and summer berries (£11) – a festival of colour on a plate.
A change of season brings a new menu to Indian Accent: created by Corporate Chef Manish Mehrotra, dishes put seasonal ingredients at the fore, and continue to redefine high-end Indian cuisine with innovative flavour combinations. Must try plates include baked paneer pinwheel with tomato salan; seared scallops with chilli prawns and malvani dried shrimp rice; and green pea kofta, with sweet potato and coconut curry. Indian Accent features à la carte choices as well as Chef’s tasting menus, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free variants.
