Revolución de Cuba’s cocktail list, driven by premium Cuban rums, tells the Latin American journey and aims to recreate those long heady Havana nights of the 50s when Ernest Hemingway sipped on daiquiris to the sounds of the Habanera. Classic Cuban creations include the Cuba Libre, Daquiri and Mai Tai whilst bespoke concoctions, inspired by Cuba’s vibrant culture, come in the form a tropical Caribbean Cosmo and Espresso Rum-tini and Cast Away. The list is completed with knockout theatrical sharers, shots and a great selection of G&Ts.
General Manager Matt Glister, comments: “I’m really excited to have been given the opportunity to work in the beautiful city of Bristol again. We have the most amazing waterside location for our brand-new restaurant and bar and I can’t wait to bring all the colour of Cuba with its carnival vibe, fab food and amazing rum cocktails to the city next month.”
