Hitting shelves just in time for National Vegetarian Week (13th – 19th May 2019), feast on the Vegan Falafel Sandwich (£3.95) created using PAUL’s all-natural, additive and preservative- free turmeric bread and loaded with spinach, homemade falafel, edamame beans, hummus and tzatziki; or for a lighter alternative, opt for the vibrant Vegan Falafel Salad (£4.95), a combination of homemade falafel and spinach, layered on fresh Batavia lettuce, topped with tzatziki and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
For a quick breakfast or light snack à emporter, tuck into delicious overnight oats and chia seeds topped with either blueberry compote, or fresh raspberries and almond butter.
