Chef-Owner Nobu Matsuhisa will return to London to host two very special dinners on Wednesday 19th June at Nobu London Old Park Lane and Thursday 20th June at Nobu Shoreditch. Together with talented head chefs and their teams from London, Monte Carlo and Milan, they will collaborate on a bespoke six-course menu with paired beverage that celebrates the essence of the Japanese Omakase.
Leave dinner in the expert hands of Head Chef Hideki Maeda (Nobu London Old Park Lane), Head Chef Sergio Martinez (Nobu Shoreditch) and Sushi Chef Go Namerikawa (Nobu Berkeley ST) together with Head Chef Jerome Lorvellec and Sushi Chef Wagner Spadacio (Nobu Monte Carlo), Head Chef Antonio D’Angelo, and their talented teams as they present dishes showcasing the best from each city with a focus on fresh, quality seasonal ingredients. This exclusive dinner menu includes beverage pairing of premium wines, sake and a cocktail skilfully curated by Group Bar Manager Flavio Carenzi (Nobu London & Nobu Berkeley ST).
Served from 6.00pm, the menu will includes a collaborative Sashimi Three Ways, and an exclusive course from each chef – Salmon Confit Yuzu Kosho Dressing from London, Chilean Sea Bass Aji Amarillo from Milan and Japanese Wagyu Beef Cannelloni with Fresh Truffle from Monte Carlo – as well a selection of sushi from each city’s chefs. Topping off the evening, guests will indulge in the I-pple, a luscious combination of White Chocolate and Yoghurt Mousse served with Green Apple Compote and Manuka Honey Ice Cream which can be enjoyed with tequila-infused ‘The Master Margarita’ cocktail, created by the London pastry and bar teams.
In addition to The Nobu Collective dinner at Nobu Shoreditch on 20th June, Chef Nobu will also host an exclusive Sip, Eat & Socialise pre-dinner event beneath the cherry blossoms of the stunning Hanamioutdoor terrace, inspired by Sakura’s distinctive pink foliage. From 5.30pm to 7.30pm, guests can sample Nobu-style classic tacos such as Tuna Dry Miso, Lobster Sour Cream Wasabi and Spicy Vegetable, or indulge in King Crab Porcini Butter, Baby Scallop Den Miso Anticucho and Shishito Pepper Skewers fresh from the grill. Cocktails such as the sake-based Umi, a twist on the classic Dirty Martini, and ‘The Master Margarita’ will also be served alongside Asahi, Japan’s number one beer, and mocktails.
The Nobu Collective series continues on to Nobu Monte Carlo on 22nd and 23rd June and to Nobu Milan on 25th June.
