From the team behind critically acclaimed Hot Stone comes The Gurkhas, a new and refined concept which spotlights authentic Nepalese cuisine, something rarely seen in London, and historically overshadowed by more established Asian styles. Set to open in London in the Spring and named in honour of the legendary Nepalese soldiers who have fought alongside the British since 1815, The Gurkhas will explore the country’s long and embedded relationship with Britain. The tasting menu concept will be rooted in traditional Nepalese cuisine, but intricately weaved with British influences to create a modern and unique dining experience.
