Following five sell-out weeks of his modern Nepalese pop-up at Cinnamon Kitchen City, Santosh Shah is extending the residency at Vivek Singh’s Devonshire Square restaurant due to popular demand for select dates across November and December.
Running Wednesday-Saturday evenings, Santosh will be adding a total of five-weeks to the pop-up, with tickets now available on those days from 10th November – 5th December*, and again from 20-24thDecember for one last hurrah before Christmas.
Showcasing his unique style of cooking, the sell-out pop-up will continue to highlight fine-dining Nepalese dishes that are rarely seen in London. Santosh will cook for just 16 guests per sitting, ensuring an intimate and interactive dining experience.
Taking diners on a culinary journey through the Himalayas, guests will be treated to an AYLA cocktail on arrival, an authentic Nepalese serve made with fermented rice wine, before feasting on innovative dishes such as Nepali spiced chargrilled octopus with bhang ko chutney, Hans ko chhoila – duck breast salad – and chicken momo – authentic steamed Nepalese dumplings transformed with added pickled cucumber and caviar.
