This Mother’s Day, dine at Bōkan, the fine-dining restaurant tucked away 37 floors above the city, and enjoy a delicious three-course brunch with bottomless bubbles and jaw-dropping 360° views of the London skyline.
Created by Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan, the limited-edition brunch menu is priced at just £37 per person. Kick things off with fresh ginger glazed mackerel with white asparagus, tomato and olive oil sorbet, before settling into a comforting bouillabaisse with line caught cod, rouille foam and ratte potatoes. Desserts include the millefeuille with diplomat cedro cream, rhubarb and grenadine sorbet – a celebration of seasonal spring produce – and an indulgent hot chocolate tart with cream cheese and Baileys ice cream.
The brunch includes two hours of bottomless bubbles, house wine, beer or soft drinks, and is only available on 22nd March for Mother’s Day. Brunch will be served from 12.30pm-2.30pm.
