Celebrate World Vegan Month with an Indian twist at award winning pan-Indian dining destination Baluchi, where Executive Chef Santosh Shah has created an exclusive seven-course vegan tasting menu (£55pp), available throughout November. With vibrant vegetables, coconut cream and plenty of spice, Chef Shah showcases vivacious vegan dining at its best.

DELICIOUS VEGAN DINING
Drawing inspiration from classic vegetarian Indian recipes, the seven-course tasting menu features innovative vegan dishes such as Tandoori celeriac with mint chutney, burnt apple gel, masala seeds, gun powder, and coconut foam; and pan-fried aubergine steak with coconut sukha, spiced tofu mince, spinach and super seeds. Finish with a refreshing dessert of tapioca kher and tandoori pineapple alongside coconut and fresh fruit.
Taking place on Saturday 2nd November, enjoy a hands-on vegan masterclass experience, with intimate class size of just eight people, where Chef Shah will teach you how to transform simple ingredients into a delicious five-star meal that is sure to dazzle any dinner guest. Try your hand at cooking in a traditional tandoor oven as you learn how to put the spotlight on veg.
Suitable for amateur cooks, through to confident chefs and foodie fanatics, this is the ultimate gastronomic experience. Throughout the day (10am – 4pm), you will create and taste your own three-course masterpiece – complete with paired wines – along with plenty of other tasters along the way.
