Following a sell-out August, bijou Japanese dining destination Hot Stone has extended its Eat Out To Help Out offering. While the government’s support scheme ends on 31st August, the Chapel Market favourite will continue to offer guests 50% off their food and soft drinks bill (up to £10 pp) across lunch and dinner service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout September.
Serving up some of the finest Japanese fare in London, Hot Stone’s exquisite menu is the brainchild of Executive Chef Padam Raj Rai. Known for its signature Ishiyaki menu – the ancient Japanese art of cooking on a searing-hot stones – diners can also expect razor-sharp maki rolls, award winning new-style sushi and sashimi and signature hot dishes, including a beautifully flaky, 48-hours marinated black cod and the moreish grilled aubergine in saikyo miso. Rich with fresh and beautiful produce, the menu features the rare and sought-after certified Kobe beef – which Hot Stone is only one of seven restaurants in the UK to serve – and wasabi, grated freshly at your table.
Of the extension, Executive Chef Padam Raj Rai says: “It’s been fantastic to see such a positive response to the EOTHO scheme across August. We’ve welcomed new and old faces alike, and it’s been an incredible enabler in helping us get back to some semblance of normality. By extending into September, we hope to continue supporting our guests in returning to restaurants and feeling comfortable in doing so. We look forward to another busy month of Eating Out To Help Out!”
