Festive feasts: set winter menus
Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan has created an array of seasonal menus to suit all festive occasions. Available from 25th November – 22nd December, diners can tuck into a special three-course lunch menu (£35pp) or the six-course chef’s tasting menu (£79pp), with four-course menus (£59pp) for parties of seven or more. Dishes include stuffed suckling piglet with endive apple salad and honey dressing; poached line cod with burnt orange purée and roasted cauliflower; and pears in syrup with toasted almonds and Williams pear sorbet.
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
On Christmas Eve, Bōkan will be welcoming diners with a special six-course lunch and dinner menu (£79pp), which will include crab and lemongrass tartelette with peanut foam and gingerbread crumble; turkey breast with foie gras stuffing, pine cone bread and roasted chestnuts; and choco-clementine mousse with Grand Marnier sorbet.
Come Christmas Day, Bōkan invites you to escape the stress and the turkey basting with a Christmas brunch featuring bottomless prosecco. The three-course brunch is priced at £79pp, and, for guests looking to catch a glimpse of London’s Christmas night sky, a dinner sitting is also available.
New Year’s Eve
