“In a peaceful corner of the spectacular RHS Chelsea Flower Show, you will find my secret garden – Jardin Blanc”
Raymond Blanc OBE.
TV personality and two Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc’s renowned secret garden restaurant – Jardin Blanc – is back for RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019. From Tuesday 21st – Saturday 25th May, Jardin Blanc will once again be the premium hospitality experience and hot ticket for London’s must-visit show.
Hosted in an exclusive corner of the world-famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show, packages to Jardin Blanc start from £402 per person, including access to the show, a complimentary open bar and special menus curated using the best seasonal ingredients, served with style, elegance and Blanc’s joie de vivre. Brimming with beautiful flowers and delicious food, tickets to Jardin Blanc are the ultimate Mother’s Day gift or stylish day-out and offer the perfect setting for a hospitality away day, an evening soirée, or simply dining, unwinding and celebrating the joys of spring.
A true feast for the senses, Jardin Blanc is filled with outstanding plants, stunning sculptures, Champagne, botanical cocktails, live music and un-paralleled menus, all designed by Raymond Blanc and inspired by springtime’s glorious produce. This year, show-stopping plant displays meet elevated plant-based dining with a range of new vegan options, available from breakfast to dinner through to afternoon tea, cocktails and canapés.
Lounge on the terrace bar with a glass of Champagne; under the shade of a beautiful pergola; or in the gentle breeze as you swing on the sculptural, hanging copper seats from Myburgh Designs. Enjoy unlimited Warner Edwards’ craft gin cocktails distilled on site and muddled with fresh, spring botanicals.
Gin enthusiasts can take part in a gin tasting at Jardin Blanc as part of Tuesday’s La Lily Regale package – the ultimate Chelsea dining experience. Those who book on the Friday will also have access to a live cookery demonstration from Raymond, with exclusive tastings accompanied by Champagne, in this educational and entertaining package.
With a Farrow & Ball colour palette, and steam bent wooden light installations by Tom Raffield, the garden is interwoven with art, sculptures and music. Statues lie hidden in the wildflowers, with other art pieces making fun, bold statements as they take pride of place on the decking of the large bar and lounge area. Live music courtesy of folk three-piece, Wandering Hands, will play out gently in the background during your visit. Guests visiting on Thursday for La Tulip package, will enjoy a live set from Jardin Blanc’s house DJ and saxophonist, accompanied by an evening of gourmet canapés and tasting dishes.
Jardin Blanc’s planting changes each year through the guidance of 25-time RHS Chelsea Flower Show gold medal winner Andrew McIndoe and includes 3000 different varieties of plants. This not only creates a colourful and vibrant sight but a symphony of fragrance to complement the food.
