There’s a secret rooftop hotspot just waiting to be discovered. Upstairs, hidden away at the top of the four floor Smiths of Smithfield, there’s a beautiful rooftop terrace boasting a stunning vista over the dome of Smithfield Market and the city beyond. Ascend to the top of the venue to discover No.3 where a terrace, that’s half bar and half dining, awaits alongside a destination restaurant.
Drinkers will delight in No.3’s summer sips – classic and creative cocktails, from Margaritas to Martinis and Negronis sit alongside a wide range of craft beers, premium spirits and a whole host of rosés including pale delicate Provence varietals such as Whispering Angel.
For those looking to dine, the restaurant, with its floor-to-ceiling fully retractable windows and terrace simply exude elegance, not to mention those sweeping views. Head chef Liam Walsh offers a menu of dishes characterised by the use of impeccably sourced ingredients and innovative flavour combinations. Signature must-tries include Scottish steak tartare, egg yolk, wild garlic, Parmesan, aged balsamic and sourdough; glazed Middle White pork cheeks with burnt apple, puffed crackling bitter leaves; grilled fillets of lemon sole, celeriac, cucumber, sea beets, apple, brown shrimp butter; and a vegan salt baked celeriac with red wine glazed salsify, pear, goats curd, hazelnut vinaigrette and dandelion.
Smiths of Smithfield features four floors of food and drink with The Grill restaurant championing best of British meat, cocktail bar Death + Victory serving up bespoke cocktails and a ground floor all-day dining room and bar Smiths as well as the stylish No.3 Restaurant and Terrace.
