Curated in collaboration with Ioannis Grammenos, Executive Chef of Heliot Steak House London and the world’s first Meatologist™, the box has been specifically designed to bring restaurant fine dining to your home kitchens while restaurants are closed during lockdown. As the home of wholesale gourmet, Tom Hixson of Smithfield ensure that only the best prime beef is sourced from producers with animal welfare and heritage prioritised.
Jam-packed with over 22 premium grade steaks, the new lockdown boxes feature Ioannis’s favourite steaks to serve at Heliot’s in normal times, including 2.5KG of Argentine Black Label Ribeye, 1KG of deluxe Wexford Valley Chateaubriand and 1.2KG of Angus Pichanha.
With an RRP of £124, the box is competitively priced at just £100, with free chilled delivery within two working days anywhere in the UK also included. Drawing on Tom Hixson of Smithfield’s experience in safe and fast delivery, all produce is carefully packed in specially designed meat boxes which feature four layers of protective insulation to ensure your produce is fully protected and arrives in perfect condition.
