Hosted in collaboration with Fever-Tree and running until 6th July, the venue’s beautiful outdoor area has been transformed into the ultimate Fever-Tree G&T House and will be serving up 2 for 1 G&Ts on opening day to celebrate the nation’s favourite tipple.
Poised to be Bristol’s summer hotspot, soak up the rays and drink in the essence of summer with cold, crisp G&Ts in a tranquil garden oasis, featuring beautiful ivy climbing vines, floral features and a fresh herb pots to garnish your own drinks.
Proving just the answer to those balmy summer evenings is the garden-inspired cocktail menu featuring Fever-Tree’s hottest summer flavours; from the classic serve of Sipsmith paired with Refreshingly Light Cucumber Tonic and a cucumber ribbon garnish, to a combination of sweet and savoury, a Warners Rhubarb Gin with Ginger Ale, topped with a twist of lemon. For a non-alcoholic option, Seedlip Garden paired with Refreshingly Light Elderflower Tonic and garnished with a sprig of mint offers a perfectly refreshing taste of summer.
Those looking to dine can enjoy savoury seasonal dishes of hand-cut steaks and lighter bites including grilled tuna, burrata salad and mussels marinère. Steak aficionados can also delight in the ‘Butcher’s Block’ featuring seasonal specials, served with sides such as chargrilled hispa cabbage, halloumi fries and garlic spinach.
