From field to fork in under 12 hours, be one of the first to taste the new season’s red grouse at The Jugged Hare on the Glorious Twelfth (Saturday 12th August).
To kick off the Game Season, ETM chefs will once again venture onto the stunning Yorkshire heather moors at first light to bag the first shoot of the season. With their heads in the game, they will race back to The Jugged Hare to cook lucky customers a dish that often doesn’t appear on menus until the following week, as part of a special five-course British game dinner.
Priced at £95 per person, the dinner will start at 7:30pm and will be held downstairs in the atmospheric Josephine Room. Guests will be able to follow their dinner’s progress throughout the day via @TheJuggedHare #gloriousgrouserace. To book, please contact Zahra Al-Shakerchi via email: email@example.com or call: 020 7614 0134.
