Available from 24th November across all three restaurants – Marylebone, Covent Garden and on Mayfair’s Swallow Street – the menu will be full to the bream with delicious and sustainably sourced fish and seafood.
Kick off the festivities with starters such as Asian-style halibut and sea bream fish balls, with sweet soy sauce, or the trio of smoked fish – salmon, mackerel, and trout – served with whipped cream, capers, and gherkins on melba toast. Feeling extra Christmassy? Treat yourself to luxurious sautéed king scallops, topped with pancetta jam.
For the main event, choose from tempting mains of fried fillet of plaice, served on a bed of tomato, pine nut, and sultana salad with salsa verde; or the warming FishWorks stew fully loaded with a variety of the finest British seafood – think halibut, clams, and mussels – all delicately cooked in saffron sauce and served with potatoes. For a £5 supplement, enjoy the classically French Dover sole Veronique – a fillet of sole served in vermouth cream sauce, with mushroom, white grapes and potatoes.
Christmas isn’t complete without something sweet, so dive into delightful desserts of rum poached pear topped with coconut crumble; or dark chocolate pannacotta with orange zest.
With seasonal indulgence at the forefront of diners’ minds throughout the Christmas period, those looking to celebrate the most wonderful time of year can feast on two courses for £30 or three for £35.
