For those looking to escape the cooking this Christmas, relax and let Horwood House treat you and your family to a fabulous four-course feast and overnight stay in one of the hotel’s deluxe rooms. Work up an appetite exploring the hotels expansive parklands and woodlands before feasting on a lavish four-course Christmas lunch of smoked salmon with beetroot and vodka crème fraiche; traditional roast turkey or sirloin beef with all the trimmings; and a decadent Christmas pudding topped with brandy sauce.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Dance, 31st December
See in the New Year in style at the Horwood House Gala Dinner Dance. Starting with a welcome glass of Champagne, the evening will feature a fabulous four-course dinner with dishes including tuna tartare, caper berries and beetroot jam; fillet of beef with seasonal roots; and a lemon and poppy seed dome, topped with a white chocolate glaze. After dinner, dance the night away with the hotel’s resident DJ spinning the decks until the early hours. The next morning, start 2022 the right way with a lie-in followed by a delicious buffet breakfast at Harry’s Bar & Kitchen.
