For the main event on Christmas Day, savour a decadent five-course traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, including dishes such as chalk stream trout with Hampshire watercress, pink fir potatoes, lime and dill to start; and roast turkey with pork and chestnut stuffing, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and pigs in blankets; or salt baked swede with roast onion, potato dumplings, sage beurre noisette and truffle oil for main. Come evening, after an afternoon stroll through the picturesque village of Beaulieu, enjoy an informal buffet dinner. For the final festive stretch before heading home, guests can delight in a sumptuous Boxing Day dinner at The Terrace, renowned for serving delicious seasonal dishes with local Hampshire produce.
