Roche Communications is proud to announce that we have taken on two new restaurants, Trinity and Bistro Union. Both in Clapham, the firm foodie favourites provide both excellent neighbourhood restaurants for those in the area and reasons to journey further afield for those the other side of the River.

First up, Trinity: since it opened in 2006, Adam's fine-dining destination in Clapham Old Town has become the go-to gourmet gem of South London. Acclaimed modern European dishes include the likes of scallop ceviche, rump of lamb and roast hake, whilst five- or seven-course tasting menus offer great value for money with optional matched wines.

Both in Clapham, the firm foodie favourites provide both excellent neighbourhood restaurants for those in the area and reasons to journey further afield for those the other side of the River.

First up, Trinity: since it opened in 2006, Adam’s fine-dining destination in Clapham Old Town has become the go-to gourmet gem of South London. Acclaimed modern European dishes include the likes of scallop ceviche, rump of lamb and roast hake, whilst five- or seven-course tasting menus offer great value for money with optional matched wines.

Next, Bistro Union: here Adam brings his culinary prowess to an altogether more casual spot on Clapham’s Abbeville Road. A very British neighbourhood bistro, the chef’s second restaurant offers an accessible menu with dishes that include the signature roast chicken for two, Cumberland toad-in-the-hole and mac ‘n’ cheese. Weekend brunches, meanwhile, have young, hip locals flocking religiously for Lowestoft kipper poached egg and muffin, and salt beef hash, fried egg and pickles.

A regular face on cookery shows such as Saturday Kitchen and author of popular cookbook How To Eat In, quality British fare has become synonymous with an Adam Byatt restaurant.
