Dramatic cocktail serves – executed by Head of Mixology André Cavalheiro – will tantalise your taste buds and immerse you in a savage state of mind. Expect the unexpected with creative concoctions including the Horny Beast, mixed with Beefeater Pink Gin, coconut rum, lime juice and apple & rhubarb soda. For something a little darker, try the Devil’s Advocate, a twisted take on a margarita, made with tequila, grapefruit juice, crème de cassis, lemon and sugar, finished with sage leaves and a drop of ‘Savage Hot Stuff’ – we dare you!
The innovative all-day dining menu offers small plates and savage feasting boards, all designed for sharing. Think blackened sesame prawn toast with bacon jam; charred octopus with fennel, orange chermoula and toasted kasha; and pork tomahawk with black pudding fries and salsa verde.
The interior reflects London’s urban landscape featuring materials such as stone, metal, wood and glass. Pops of colour assault the senses with accents of soft lavender, rose pink and burnt orange. Reflective, scored and savaged surfaces are softened with plush velvet furnishings and finished with marble floors.
Outside, the large all-weather Wildside terrace, available for private hire, is set-up for all seasons, from lunching al fresco and sundowner cocktails in the summer to hot toddies and watching the fireworks come autumn, courtesy of Savage Garden’s retractable roof. Gin-lovers should step into the sunshine and onto Savage Garden’s stunning South Terrace, for fantastic views of the City scape.
With its striking design, wild flavours and unexpected cocktail serves, Savage Garden is set to be the rooftop destination of the summer.
Be one of the first to try this decadent new destination – book now at via Bookatable and join us on the wildside.
