Created by chef Carlo Scotto and his team, the new menu will reflect the restaurant’s flair for seasonality, constantly adapting to showcase the best, highest quality produce available week-by-week. Available Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, each dish is designed for sharing. Expect delicious large plates that are the perfect choice for get-togethers with family or friends.
Starters, such as burrata with burned figs and cured duck; and prawn cake with tarragon aioli, are sure to impress. Showstopping mains include a buttery 1kg roasted tomahawk; a whole sea salt crusted seabass; and a grilled spatchcock harissa chicken. Each dish – designed to be shared between two or four – comes with a selection of tempting sides, including Padron peppers, steamed spinach and piquillo; and new potatoes.
For those seeking something sweet, desserts such as mini doughnuts and chocolate profiteroles are the ultimate indulgent finish.
