The express Business Menu delivers an array of beautifully prepared dishes all (£43pp) is perfect for time-poor Londoners and within 45 minutes. Created for sharing, between four colleagues, dishes include baked snow mountain bun and vegetarian spring roll; and Imperial Treasure’s acclaimed signature Peking duck served with homemade pancakes, plus a second course of stir-fried duck with a choice of black bean sauce; ginger and spring onion; or salt and pepper; Singapore chilli prawn with mantou steamed buns; and poached Chinese cabbage in chicken broth.
Smaller parties, lunching as a two, can opt for the Set Lunch (£38pp) featuring dishes such as hot and sour prawn soup; barbecued meats; stir-fried vegetables; Yangzhou fried rice and a selection of desserts. The Vegetarian Set includes vegetarian Peking duck; mapo aubergine with tofu; and noodles with mushroom and truffle oil.
