Executive Chef Santosh Shah has created a limited-edition seven-course tasting menu, with dishes including tandoori prawns with moilee sauce; kaffir lime chicken tikka with a cashew crumble; and Kerala spiced sea bream grilled in banana leaf and served with grilled avocado. The real show-stopper of the evening is an Easter-inspired dessert of mango and coconut mousse, served in a carefully-crafted chocolate egg shell.
Back in your room, you’ll find an extra special treat in the form of a hand-crafted golden chocolate egg, the perfect end to an eggs-ellent evening. Come morning, return to Baluchi to enjoy a delicious breakfast, with authentic Indian dishes available alongside traditional breakfast favourites.
