The SUMI Salmon Teriyaki is another highlight – the highest quality salmon marinated in teriyaki sauce and shiitake mushroom stock, served with crème fraiche, pickled Kohlrabi and chopped shiitake mushrooms. Mushroom Agedashi Tofuis a must-try for plant-based and meat eaters alike.
