CHAMPAGNE & FESTIVE DINING AT ST PANCRAS BY SEARCYS

Champagne will be flowing at Europe’s longest Champagne Bar, fresh from its recent refurbishment and ready for Christmas with fizz-tastic menus, a new champagne masterclass and Insta-worthy cocktails. Set under the arches of the iconic station and overlooking the St Pancras Christmas tree, sip away on a collection of decadent festive tipples at the bar –- or opt for the decadent Champagne and Caviar experience, with a bottle of Prestige Cuvée English Sparkling Wine or Vintage Veuve Clicquot Brut and a platter of caviar with accompaniments (£315 for two).
Fizz aficionados can enjoy some festive cheer with the final Champagne Masterclass of the year, taking place on Monday 5th December (£125 per person). Complete with canapés on arrival, a three-course dinner with paired champagnes and special prizes throughout the night, learn the secrets of this elegant drink with a masterclass led by Head of Champagne, Martin Dibben and Searcys Drinks Ambassador, Bruno Pelletier.
Plus, for a touch of indulgence, head to the Art Deco Brasserie and tuck into a festive three-course set menu featuring the likes of slow cooked lamb shoulder broth and beetroot cured Loch Duart salmon, and the main event, a Roast turkey complete with cranberry stuffing, bacon, buttered sprout tops and roasted root vegetables (£39.50 per person).
GIVING BACK WITH EVERY CHRISTMAS DINNER AT BRIGADE BAR + KITCHEN

Tis’ the season of joy and giving at social enterprise restaurant Brigade Bar + Kitchen, home to Searcys’ long-standing charity partner Beyond Food Foundation. You can give back this December with a festive feast menu as £5 from every Christmas dinner is donated to Beyond Food. Created by Chef Simon Boyle, the hospitality foundation provides training programmes and apprenticeships for the vulnerable and those at risk of homelessness, teaching them the skills and self-esteem to rebuild their lives and careers in hospitality. As part of the celebrations, admire this year’s festive decorations – a spectacular 6,075 floating candle installation to mark all the lives helped by Beyond Food over the last 10 years.
Specialising in wood-fire cooking, expect an indulgent three-course menu with all the trimmings, including a Bertha smoked stuffed leg of Norfolk black turkey with crispy roasted potatoes, charred Brussel sprouts, and a champagne and cranberry gel gravy. The festive dining menu at Brigade Bar + Kitchen is priced at £75 per person, including a welcome drink, coffee, mince pies and post-dinner digestif.
CHRISTMAS CAROLS & AFTERNOON TEA AT 116 PALL MALL

Spreading good tidings, enjoy a British classic in the opulent surrounds of 116 Pall Mall for a Christmas afternoon tea and carol experience. Take a break from shopping on nearby Regent’s Street and spoil yourself with a Confectioner’s afternoon tea, complete with Christmas-themed sweets and savouries. Hosted in the stunning Carlton room, enjoy some added sparkle with a glass of Searcys Selected Cuvée Champagne, while Christmas carollers will be spreading the festive cheer throughout the afternoon.
For those wanting to start the celebrations early, 116 Pall Mall will also be hosting the Christmas Market in partnership with a wine club Honest Grapes on Wednesday 30th November from 6.30-8.30pm, with a wide selection of 30 wine and champagne tasters, nibbles of cheese and charcuterie, plus festive gifts shopping.
A SPARKLING AFTERNOON TEA IN THE SKY AT THE GHERKIN

For sky-high celebrations, head to London’s most iconic skyscraper for a festive afternoon tea with a glass of Searcys limited edition Blanc de Blancs fizz.
