Kicking off on Saturday 4th August, guests who are dining will receive a complimentary birthday cupcake, whilst on Sunday 5th, diners can opt for a free portion of Lo Mein Noodles. Banish the Monday blues with free Dynamite Shrimp on 6th – arguably the most iconic dish on the menu – alongside Shrimp Dumplings on Tuesday 7th, ice cream on Wednesday 8th, Veggie Spring Rolls on Thursday 9th and the signature Original Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps on Friday 10th. One complimentary dish will be offered per two guests and the giveaway is available all day to those who book in advance and reference ‘First Birthday.’
Simple, locally sourced ingredients and traditional techniques are at the core of P.F. Chang’s Asian Table’s food. Each dish is handmade from scratch, living by founder Philip Chiang’s ‘farm to wok’ philosophy. Dishes on the menu fuse Japanese, Chinese and Korean cuisine, with signatures including Mongolian beef – tender flank steak caramelised with dark soy sauce; the fiery Kung Pao Chicken; and handmade lobster and shrimp spring roll. Desserts are as key as the main affair, created in the downstairs Pastry Lab. The white chocolate melting bomb filled with honeycomb, cocoa nibs, popping candy and hazelnut ice cream is a must!
