For those seeking a night of total luxury and elegant refinement, take your seat at 8.30pm to enjoy a stunning 10-course tasting menu with a glass of Ruinart Champagne on arrival, priced at £240 per person. Expect truly creative dishes with only the most indulgent of ingredients, such as Orkney scallop crudo with Beluga caviar and gold and truffle dashi; garden gyoza and warm hay tea; and pigeon with tardivo, beetroot, wild mushroom, foie gras, ginger crumb and white truffle. Swedish cheese and Carlo’s signature fresh fizzy grapes complete the meal, along with a trio of desserts. Those keen to keep the party going can head downstairs to their reserved table in XR, to see in the New Year in style.
If you’re looking for delicious dining before heading out for a night on the town, early evening celebrations at Xier will kick off at 6pm with a delicious six-course tasting menu, priced at £110 per person. This will include a tempting canapé, followed by exciting dishes such as black cod in caramel miso with kiwi sorbet and burned kiwi leaves; red mullet with mashua, ceps mushroom and fromage au pernod; and organic beef fillet with muscat grape, salsify and scorched onion. Finally, a spectacular surprise dessert will delight the senses.

With a lavish and innovative sharing menu, it’s the perfect spot for a get-together with your friends and family to see in 2020. Each designed for two to four people, impressive dishes include the 1KG beef T-Bone steak; seasonal autumn black truffle pasta with parmesan cheese and chives; and lemon sole with capers and lemon butter.
