Welcome to the world of Indian wine with London’s only event dedicated to Indian vineyards. On 16th November, Indian Wine Day comes to pan-Indian destination, Baluchi at The LaLiT London hotel on Tooley Street.
Exclusively created by the 12-strong luxury hotel group The LaLiT, in collaboration with the Indian Wine Academy, Indian Wine Day showcases India’s emerging and developing vineyards, celebrating the little known, yet highly talented wine producers across the country.
The celebration will take the format of a tasting and wine pairing menu, with a traditional Indian band entertaining guests in the evening. Expert Group Sommelier Charles Donnadieu has curated a list that draws inspiration from a region vastly underrepresented in the wine world. Only the best Indian wines have been selected to pair with Executive Chef Santosh Shah’s tasting menu of vibrant, flavourful dishes.
