Head Chef Aurelie Altemaire has created an array of seasonal menus to suit any festive occasion, whether it is an intimate lunch or celebratory dinner with friends. Available from 26th November to 20th December, guests can enjoy a special three-course lunch menu; four-course festive dining group menu; or indulge in the six-course chef’s tasting menu.
Kick off the party with a Christmas fizz then tuck into starters of cured Scottish salmon; crispy hen’s egg with Cornish gouda foam; and Dee Valley bronze turkey and foie gras terrine. Mains to follow include grilled beef sirloin on the bone; poached halibut with champagne and shellfish emulsion; or celeriac gluten free cannelloni with root vegetables. For dessert, there’s a melting hot chocolate tart, clementine zest and sorbet; or a selection of artisan cheeses from Paxton & Whitfield.
CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH
Offering 360-degree show-stopping views of London, experimental cocktails, bottomless prosecco and a three-course seasonal brunch, Bōkan is the ultimate spot to celebrate Christmas Day. Enjoy dishes such as smoked salmon and sea bass tartare and turkey and bacon ballotine, cranberry stuffing and braised cabbage with endless prosecco, house wine, beer and soft drinks in the laid-back yet luxe Bōkan 37 Restaurant.
Served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, the three-course brunch with a choice of unlimited prosecco is £75 per person.
NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER AT BŌKAN 37
Countdown to 2019 on London’s favourite rooftop with a six-course tasting menu featuring beautifully plated dishes like seabass tartare; Scottish langoustine ravioli; aged Hereford beef filet ‘Rossini’; rosewater and raspberry sorbet; and black forest manjari chocolate, black cherry sorbet.
The special six-course New Year’s Eve tasting menu, including a glass of champagne at midnight, is £190 per person.
RING IN 2019 AT BOKAN 38/39
Welcome 2019 at Bōkan 38th floor bar and 39th floor roof terrace whilst taking in the fireworks as the clock strikes midnight! The premium package includes unlimited house spirits and mixers, cocktails, prosecco, wine, beers and soft drinks as well as a bowl food buffet served from 10pm – midnight alongside live entertainment!
The premium NYE package is £375 per person. A non-resident package includes a welcome drink and access to the 39th floor rooftop & terrace, and partial access to the 38th floor bar, priced at £50 per person.
