It’s Dad’s lucky day, as The Cinnamon Club is back with its special at-home Father’s Day BBQ kit. Curated by Executive Chef Vivek Singh to celebrate Father’s Day on 19th June, the spectacular Indian fine-dining feast combines vibrant flavours and spices from India with the finest British ingredients, providing dad with the perfect opportunity to dust off the apron and become king of the BBQ.
Priced at £140 and curated for up to four people to share, the kit comes with everything you need to assemble the perfect summer spread. Kick off with two delicious chaat accompanied by fruit chutneys and delicious dressings, perfect for snacking on while a tantalising assortment of marinated meats do their thing on the grill. The showstopper is keema methi saag – diced and minced lamb’s leg with yoghurt and fenugreek – and comes alongside sandalwood tandoori chicken breast, lamb seekh kebabs, marinated shrimp skewers, sesame-topped aubergine and a choice of five delicious sides and dessert.
With just a click, Father’s Day lunch is totally sorted, so don’t delay! The kit can be bolstered with a choice of fine wines, champagnes, and Vivek’s signed cookbooks, and all dishes can be cooked either on the grill or in the oven. Easy to prepare and fantastic to eat, the meal kit is available for nationwide delivery on Saturday 18th June, ahead of Father’s Day on Sunday 19th June.
